We may collect information about your use of the Secure E-mail service, but only to evaluate the security, stability and availability of the Service. Certain activity logs and information may be collected and reported to legal authorities, as required and permitted by law.

PeaceHealth Southwest's Secure E-mail service shall not collect your personal information, other than your personal e-mail account name and self-selected password, for the expressed purpose of granting you access to this Service.

Controlling "Spam" or Unsolicited E-mail
PeaceHealth Southwest is concerned about controlling unsolicited commercial e-mail, or "spam." PeaceHealth Southwest has a strict Anti-Spam Policy prohibiting the use of any e-mail account to send spam. While PeaceHealth Southwest continues to actively review and implement new technology, such as expanded filtering features, there is no currently available technology that will totally prevent the sending and receiving of unsolicited e-mail. PeaceHealth Southwest will not knowingly send or forward SPAM.
